2. Information We Access and Process
When you authorize the Intrasistema integration via OAuth 2.1 (PKCE), we process only the data strictly necessary to execute your requested business operations:
- Account & Identity Data: User ID, email address, display name, active tenant identifier, and assigned business/warehouse permissions.
- Operational Business Data: Sales orders (OMS), warehouse inventory and stock levels (WMS), electronic billing/invoicing records (ERP), and customer support tickets queried during your session.
- Security & Audit Logs: Tool invocation timestamps, IP address, OAuth client identifier, and cryptographic confirmation tokens for mutating operations.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your session and enforce strict multi-tenant and multi-business access isolation.
- To execute read and write actions explicitly requested by you through connected AI assistants (including OpenAI ChatGPT, Codex, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini).
- To enforce Two-Phase Commit (2PC) human confirmation before executing any destructive or critical mutation.
- To maintain security audit trails and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
4. Data Sharing, Retention & Security
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. Data is transmitted exclusively over encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) channels. OAuth access tokens are short-lived, cryptographically signed, and can be revoked at any time. Audit logs are retained in accordance with enterprise compliance standards.
